2. Description of Service
NurseContacts is a nurse recruitment sourcing platform that provides verified contact information for nursing professionals across the United States. The Service includes access to our database, search and filtering tools, data export functionality, and related features.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and update your account information
- Keep your password confidential and not share your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
4. Subscription and Payments
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
- Subscription fees are billed monthly at the rate displayed at the time of purchase
- Your subscription will automatically renew each billing period unless you cancel
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for recurring subscription fees
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days’ notice
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to the Service through the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be applied after cancellation takes effect
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing period

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
- Use the Service to send unsolicited commercial messages in violation of CAN-SPAM or similar laws
- Use the data for purposes unrelated to professional nurse recruitment or healthcare staffing
7. Data Usage and Compliance
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Contact data provided through the Service is intended solely for professional recruitment and staffing purposes
- You are responsible for ensuring your use of the data complies with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and state privacy laws
- You will maintain appropriate opt-out mechanisms for any communications sent using data obtained through the Service
- You will honor any removal requests from individuals whose data appears in the Service
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, content, and technology, is owned by NurseContacts LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.
9. Data Accuracy
While we strive to maintain high data accuracy through AI-powered verification, we do not guarantee that all contact information in our database is 100% accurate, complete, or current. The Service is provided with the understanding that some data may be outdated or incorrect.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NURSECONTACTS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE
- ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE
- ANY DATA OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE
- UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NurseContacts LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
